BIOGRAPHY Who am I you ask? Well, I am a poet and originally from Avon, NY. I live in Indiana now with my husband. I'm an older person, not quite as old as dirt. As far back as I can remember, I have written poetry, and with every experience in life, I've found inspiration. (I really just write what the voices in my head tell me to write.) Never having been good at playing the part of "starving artist", I've had many careers, but my current one, an over-the-road truck driver with my husband Dave, has provided amazing opportunities for inspiration in these later years. I have published 4 of my own poetry books; Voices In My Head, They Won't Shut Up, Rhymes Through Time and Words On The Wind. My children's book Caesar and the Bluebells is currently being re illustrated. More of my poems appear in six anthologies as well as several books by fellow authors.

Words On The Wind

by: Cindy J. Smith

In this fourth book of poetry from Cindy, we are again taken on a life journey. This time we float along like an Autumn leaf on a breeze, pausing here and there before catching the wind and flying once more. Each stop is a unique view of life and the world before us. Come on in, and see if you can catch the words on the wind.
