J.M. Hofer delivers page-turning tales of lust, power and sorcery in her award-winning first novel, Islands in the Mist, and its newly-released sequel, Across the Sea. Set in post-Roman Britain and steeped in Welsh legend, her stories bring to life the times just before the arrival of King Arthur.

Islands in the Mist was one of the top 5 Fantasy novels chosen out of 2,000 in the 2013 Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award Contest. In Fall of 2014, Audible purchased the audio rights and cast the accomplished Irish actor, Mr. John Keating, to narrate the series.

The anxiously awaited sequel, Across the Sea, was released November 17, 2015 in print, e-book, and audio format.
