    I absolutely loved the story of Dani and Marcus. They are definitely two stubborn people who were destined for each other. Marcus, handsome, driven, hardworking, protective, very dominant, and successful. Marcus is the oldest in the Colter family and twin brother to Blake. Marcus is a very successful international businessman who along with a team called PRO rescue people caught in hotspots around the world as well Marcus also subcontracts to the government gathering information for them during his journeys into risky territories overseas. While doing this he has also always kept an eye out on his best friend Jett's little sister Danica. She is a free lance investigative reporter who can be found in many of the most dangerous spots in the world. Danica is beautiful, incredibly intelligent, dedicated to her job, loyal, loving, caring and a big risk taker to get the story or to help someone she feels needs her help. So much happens in this story with Danica needing to be rescued more than once by Marcus. They have been fighting their over the top attraction for years and things come to boil over in a big way. I have enjoyed all the books in this series but I must say this was a particular favorite. Totally recommend and you will find you will quickly flip through the pages as it is action packed.

    This is another good addition to the Billionaire's Obsession series, with a likeable couple. It gets 4 stars from me.

    I liked both Dani and Marcus, and thought they were perfect for each other. Because they both travelled a lot for their work, and spent so much time alone, they really got each other. I really loved how Marcus was so good with Dani, as she dealt with the PTSD from her captivity and abuse. He was gentle when she needed it, but understood that sometimes she didn't want that.

    I wasn't sure I'd like Marcus from the earlier books in this series. He was always just so gruff and bossy, and seemed kind of cold. But that was just the person he showed to the world, and he learned to let the real Marcus out with Dani. She also helped him realize that he needed to show his true self to his siblings, too.

    My rating system is below.
    1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
    2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
    3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
    4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.
    5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

    After many months of waiting, it's finally here! Marcus and Dani get their story after she is rescued from a living nightmare in Syria. The prelude released last month gave us a brief glimpse of what happened between Marcus and Dani after she was rescued and a bit of her recovery in the hospital. A year, unfortunately, goes by before they meet again and only because she has put herself in danger again and her brother is worried about her, does he enlist Marcus to help!!

    Great read and really looking forward to finding out more about Ruby and Jett!!

    This landed on my kindle at midnight and i couldnt put it down

    I read the preview when Stolen by the Billionaire was released and it left me thirsty for more. I wanted Marcus and Dani'd full story and i was chewing at the bit waiting for it.

    I knew from the short prequel that the story was going to make me sob and there were certain times in the book where i was crying my eyes out and probably read the same page over and over again but that is what Author J.S. Scott does. She almost always uses her stories to touch on difficult issues but she always deals with them fanastically you always finish one of her books feeling like you have learned something new.

    I love the characters of Marcus and Dani. while dani needs someone who is emotionally strong enough to deal with her issues she is also feisty and stands up for what she believes in and is not afraid to put herself in danger if it means helping others. This means that marcus has a lot of work to do in always trying to keep her safe. But what happens when the man you thought you hated isnt really that person at all.

    I love how the story develops and i wont say anymore for spoilers.

    a fantastic read and again it left my hungry for the next book
