Another great John Harding read by Deleo. Spoiler alert.

This one starts with John and his Monster Squad on the way to protect Jesse Browns mother who's a witness to the beating of a convenience store worker.

The kids in a coma and Mrs. Brown saw the whole thing and is willing to testify. Jeron Thomas is the beater and he and his homeboy's are on the way to either scare Mrs. Brown out of testifying or to kill her.

It doesn't take the homeboys long to figure out the Monster Squad isn't anything they want to mess with.

Thomas won't bother anyone ever again and the rest of his gang is absorbed into the Oaktown Cartel which was set up, funded and run by the Monster Squad.

The gangs that have been absorbed now do legal work such as protection for people and events. Its working well and removing the illegal and lawless from the community.

From there John meets with Alexi Fiialkov to set up a fight with a huge guy called The Berserker.

The guy is a giant and he's covered in tats. He was a friend of the deceased Rankin. The fighter he was supposed to fight had to bow out due to injury. The Berserker, Rutger Northwood, and his manager set up the fight with John and his manager Tommy Sands. The fight will be held at Mandalay Bay and its on the undercard for the UFC.

Tommy has been trying to get John to retire from the ring. John and all of those in the Monster Squad have loads of money and Tommy is worried John won't survive a fight with The Berserker. John laughs it off and tell Tommy the fight is on.

So begins another great read by Deleo.

This one has John, Lyn, Clint, Tommy, Lora, Al, Tonto the rest of the Monster Squad, ISIS, a kidnapped Navy SEAL, his rescue, ISIS training camps in the US, tunnels from Mexico into the US, John training on the Wolf, Al's Father with a problem, his wife who's a liar, thief and complete idiot, the plot to use a nuclear bomb in Sand Francisco bay, the Monster Squad who stops it, Denny, the idiots in DC, raids on ships, a chopper and a ship added to the Monster Squads fleet of vehicles, planes and ships, a John Harding who's dark side starts to slide out, a dark side that will kill one and all enemies, a Russian mobster who threatens Lora and Al, an attack on the mobster, the fight with the Berserker and John Harding and his Monster Squad doing all they can to save America, kill the enemies of our country and stay alive.

Five Stars again.

This story had a lot of good action with the crew taking care of gangs, Russian mobsters, huge threats against America. My one negative is that this crew of killers, let Lynne get away with being a complete b@#ch and acted like little kids staying out of her way. It was getting really hard to read . But things did get better.
