Cascades of Moonlight (The Parker Harris Series Book 1) Kindle Edition
Two years ago, fifteen-year-old Parker Harris was bitten by a werewolf and forced to endure the painful shifting each month during the full moon. One day a stranger enters her small town and knows her secret, although she has never told a living soul about it.
Nothing ever happens in the small town of Cascade Idaho and new people rarely move in. It's Parker's senior year now and two new faces show up in town and shortly after their arrival there is a brutal murder, the first in Cascade’s history.

I knew from the previous book that I loved Parker and Quinn! I mean the love is there how can you not? I really enjoyed that the Author has a fondness for the Twilight series and you can see that reflected through her work. This made me swoon even more. Not that her book is exactly like Twilight or similar if that's what your thinking, its not. She just mentions it in passing and its just so awesome that you can't miss it.
Loved this series and I can't wait for the spinoff coming... hopefully soon! I'm super excited for it and hope to hear from many of the characters from this series as well as the new ones. I know its going to be awesome this Author always writes the best stuff.
I highly recommend this book. 5 big fat juicy stars baby!

Quinn and Parker were great couple thy where meant to be because no matter what situation they were thrown into they over came it be together. I can't wait to read the next one to see what happens next and what other twist and turns the author ha planned for her characters.
I gave this book five stars because the author kept me super entertained with her story and just kept me wanting to read more and more.

This isn't a bad book, it just isn't for me. I loved Parker at first, she seemed mature. I really liked the Mitchell and Jackie dynamic. Their story was so sweet. The problem I ran into is
1 I did not like Quinn. The Hon and sweetheart and kid turned me off from the beginning. To me it came across as patronizing and did not seem to fit his personality. Quinn just seemed off to me.
2 Will. What just happened? Way too fast and convoluted.
3. It became a soap opera high school drama. Just all of a sudden devolved from mature characters to this angsty immature high school stuff
I get this book is about HS . I am fine with that, HS tends to be over dramatic with girls crying in the bathroom over stupid misunderstandings. This book did that. It just seemed so different from the book I started reading. I am an older reader that frequently enjoys ya books.
This book just changed so much on maturity level and got so dramatic I could not finish. I feel like this might be due to a preference vs the authors actual talent. Normally if I can not finish a book I give 2 or less stars. In this case, I was fed up with the storyline, but I thought it might just be this book is written for a younger audience. I did not feel like it was a horrid book, just not for me.
So initially a great start, but not invested enough t continue.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review from the Author and the “Lovers of Paranormal” Group on Goodreads.com
I enjoyed this book. Vampires, werewolves, love, betrayal it had pretty much everything you want in a book. There were several surprises that I didn't see coming. I felt a lot of anticipation because of that. There were a couple of twists I didn't expect. I liked the characters. Quinn is very romantic and I couldn't help but love him. This is a good story and I do recommend it. It is an appropriate book for the YA audience. I am looking forward to reading the second book in the series.
