The Dream Catcher Despite the title and description of the book, until I actually dove into it, I had not conceived of the depths Mori’s imagination would take me. I felt as drawn to this story as much as a dream catcher is drawn to a dream weaver. Mori’s characters are so personable, the dialogue between characters, especially Maya and Heaven, is like peanut butter and jam—a perfect blend, the yin and yang.
Heaven struggles to trust, first Syl, Darla, Maya, and Leah. She has not had a reason to trust but one person in her young life, but to be free of those who want to control her, she finds that there are some whom she can trust.
In each of the books that I have read by this author, there is always a bit of current reality and a lesson that we can take to heart. And in Dream Catcher, mixing the fantasy world with reality is a perfect combination. The idea that love that is fortified and compounded by many can triumph over evil does not have to be a fantasy, all we need to do is band together and make our voices and actions heard louder than the negative ones. Then perhaps there is hope for us to be a better person, Nation, and World.
I loved this book so much, and Mori’s imagination and humor astounds me. Trust me, you will enjoy the adventure!

Ms. Annette Mori is the creator of stories that make your heart sing and pushes away your melancholy. The Dream Catcher is very unique story that contains scary monsters that threaten to destroy stability, and has a good dose of romance that make the reader smile for hours. Of course the author is skillful in the craft of writing thus her new creation which I believe touches perfection. The main characters, Heaven and Maya, make the ultimate connection but you will have to wait a long while to see it unfolding. The writer is a tease but she certainly captures the magical scene of their connection in an epic way. So don’t rush to read it, surrender yourself to written words that will transport you to a world full of everything. I’m still baffled of how she pulled it off. Nevertheless, I inhaled this story, and now resides deep inside me. If you want unforgettable characters, a sex scene that will make you feel every touch and stroke of an epic lovemaking, perhaps make you a bit jealous then immerse yourself to the fantastic world that the author created.

I'm constantly amazed by this Authors fearless approach to taking on new challenges as a writer. The Dream Catcher is absolute confirmation of her ability to dive deep into the depths of the imagination, as well as take a more and more common, psychological disorder, in this case being Bipolar and with great sensitivity and imagination turn one of her lead characters, Heaven, into a super hero. And what better way to take a stand against the evils of the world than to walk side by side with the person who sees what others may consider a disability as a gift, and, assist you in that endeavor. In this case, that would be, Maya, who I have to admit I fell in love with her warm heart for, Heaven. I don't usually read much of the, "paranormal," although I think anything and everything is possible in this vast universe. But, that's the gift of being a follower of Annette Mori's work, being taken to places in your imagination you may never have expected to go. Pick this one up and allow your imagination to soar.

A brilliant tale with a superb blend of magic and romance and a great mixture of emotions. The personal, mental and emotional strength are incredible well described and the actions are awesome. I loved the characters and their kick-ass skills. When you have faith and trust, all things are possible even when it looks like everything is falling apart. With the support and love from your yang, you can overcome your fear, doubt and insecurity. After reading this book, I may never look at dreams the same way. It's amazing how the author can capture your mind with her stories and makes the reader live in it. I highly recommend but I can't say much about it without spoilers so you'll have to read it for yourself. This book certainly lived up to my expectations.
