    I’m on the fence on how to write this review. I was asked to review by the author, who is a new author for me to read. I enjoyed the romance and suspense of the story yet, the editing/flow of the writing made it a challenge to read. I believe one more round of editing will go a long way to make this an amazing story.

    Sarah found herself in a loveless marriage so she finds a way to break away and head to her hometown to pursue her dream to open a bakery. She is confident in her business but struggles with her personal life then Matt crosses paths with her and awakens something she thought she lost. Matt has his own issues to deal with after a rough marriage and divorce but he loves Sarah’s spunk and confidence. As their romance begins to build, strange things start happening to Sarah at her shop and at home. She has one employee, Tyler, who has feelings for Sarah. There isn’t a love triangle but Tyler definitely becomes a wild card in Sarah’s world. Overall a good combination of romance and intrigue.
