Author TM Brown has a way of telling a story that takes you back in time, propels you forward and gives you characters you are sure to remember.

It's been great taking this journey with the ladies of this series, and in ANOTHER BUMP IN THE ROAD we are able to get another glimpse of who they are, things they have to experience and what it says about life for us all.

I love that the story lets you into the decisions of the characters as well as how others perceive them. Just like with us, there will be those who will constantly question what it is that we do and why. What the characters of ANOTHER BUMP IN THE ROAD realize is that they have to do what is best for them at the time--even when it might lead to heartache and shattered dreams.

When you overcome one challenge and think that all will be fine moving forward, life happens to you and you realize that there are always going to be bumps in the road to overcome, but you can't allow that to get you down.

Makes you wonder where the author will take us next. ANOTHER BUMP IN THE ROAD is another literary win for TM Brown.

TM Brown has done it again! I've read Struggles of The Women Folk and Tethered Angel as well. I finished this book around 1:30am and was left panting for more!!! I love her books!!! I'm praying for the sequel to Another Bump in the Road to come forth soon!!!! I will be on the lookout!! Thank you Ms. Brown for your giftedness!!!

My Thoughts...

This is the third sequel to this Struggles of the Women Folk...'Another Bump in the Road.' To truly understand this read I would highly suggest you read the first two sequels because the reads will definitely let you understand what all is going on with the characters that are all in Angle's world.

The author gives us more new characters that will have you shaking your head and saying what in the world is going on? However if you keep turning the pages you will definitely find some more 'very interesting, powerful, and complex people' that will come out and light up some more situations by the end of the story and when you think it's coming to a end.....'No! It ain't over, because there seems to be another bump in this road' says the spirit of Georgie, Sissy, Angel and Donnie!'

It says a lot about the strength of a writer and a series when you read a sequel some time after the previous book - I often have to remind myself of the previous books before I can get into the new one - but I was slammed straight back into Angel's world with the first sentence of Another Bump in the Road- it was like no time had passed since I’d read the earlier books, and I loved spending more time with Angel and her family. The characters are very powerful - and complex too – the author shows the different sides of people extremely well. Human behaviour and the decisions we make are so fascinating, and I’m sure that anybody interested in people and psychology will enjoy this cast of characters and the world in which they have to find their way.

Another Bump In The Road by T.M. Brown is the third installment of the Struggles of the Women Folk. Readers are reunited with familiar characters that continue to coexist in the world with daily struggles that currently plague many across the globe.

Another Bump In The Road has powerful characters with even more emotionally accurately written storylines that will keep readers turning the pages in this quick read. Author TM Brown has assembled a great cast of characters that show us that you truly can make it through all of life's bumps in the road. I rate this work of fiction 4 stars.

This was my third book by author Tina Brown. Another Bump in the Road is the third installment to The Struggles of Women Folk. Oh yes- and we do have our bumps here. We find Angel once again in a dire life situation and the women in her family face trauma like never before! The spirits are willing and boy do they ever communicate here. I was drawn into this book so deep, just as I was with the first two. The settings are so vivid you can swear you are transported back to their time and forward. This series needs to go to film. I imagine a Netflix or HBO special in the future.
