Brenda Mohammed is the Founder of the How to Write for Success Literary Network, President of the International Chamber of Writers and Artists [CIESART] - Trinidad and Tobago, with headquarters in Spain, and President of Unión Hispanomundial de Escritores – Trinidad and Tobago, with headquarters in Peru.

A former Bank Manager, to date, she has published 59 books.

Brenda is a multiple award-winning author of the popular science fiction book, Zeeka Chronicles, and best-selling nonfiction, I am Cancer Free,

Reviewers have compared her futuristic novel, Zeeka Chronicles, to Frankenstein, Twilight Zone, and Shakespeare’s plays.

Some have said ZEEKA CHRONICLES is movie material. For this book, Brenda captured awards from Readers Favorite International, Author Academy Global Awards, and Readers’ Choice.

Her Memoir, I Am Cancer Free, also won an award in the category of Health and Fitness in Readers Favorite International Awards.

Her fiction stories are filled with humour, mystery, and suspense with mostly happy endings.

The memoir of her Life as a Banker highlights historic days in the banking system as well as in Trinidad and Tobago.

Her Travel Memoirs are filled with details of many worldwide family trips and are delightful reading.

She loves to share her knowledge and wrote two books on How to Write for Success for new and aspiring authors.

How to Write for Success – Volume One, received a five-star review from Readers Favorite one month after it was published in December 2017.

In August 2019, the book topped all the books in the Non-Fiction category of Connections Emagazine Readers' Choice awards and won the gold medal in the non-fiction category.

It also placed second in all categories and won the silver medal. [First place went to another of her books - STORIES PEOPLE LOVE] The merits of the book were featured in a review in the Ethiopian Herald Sunday Edition on February 16th, 2020.

Brenda was recently inspired to write Christian books and to date, she has published eight of them. They are Chosen by the Creator, He is the One, Your Time is Now, True Power of Love, Highway to Joy Eternal, God–Fearing Ones, Serenity in End Times, and Now is the time to Prepare.

Brenda was inducted into the Indie Author's Wall of Fame in the USA in January 2020.

She won several literary awards in the USA, Peru, Kazakhstan, Seychelles, Nigeria, India, Romania, Argentina, Ukraine, Morocco, Philippines, Hong Kong, Portugal, Uruguay, Indonesia, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Switzerland, Italy, Sri Lanka, Austria, Russia, Germany, Syria, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Chile, Egypt, Honduras, Mexico, Pakistan, Cuba, China, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, and the UK.

Brenda also received several awards from CIESART Spain. In 2024 she was honoured with the PLATO AWARD. The values highlighted by PLATO are Wisdom, Temperance, Courage, Justice, and more.

She is an advocate for Peace, Suicide Prevention, and Against Domestic Violence. With several authors from her Facebook forum, she published seven anthologies for those purposes, as well as six magazines.
