This kindle edition has several pages with gibberish. Almost one whole page is jumbled, nonsense words scattered down the page. As a teacher, it drives me crazy when there are so many typing errors within a book I have paid for, but this was ridiculous. Book editors exist so the final product can be near perfect. Errors take away the flow of the story and authors should really care about the fact that their creation is being presented in such a shabby way. Stephanie Julian is a longtime author who should have her work presented in a far more professional manner.

The author needs to fire her editor and proofreader or consider getting someone to fulfill those duties. There were so many mistakes: grammar, spelling, punctuation it was glaring. And parts of pages that were just gibberish as if a child had been let lose on the keyboard.

At the beginning, I wasn't sure if this was a book about two men in love with each other, which would have meant that I would have little to identify with in the story, but that kind of changed after the lead female was introduced, not a lot, but some. Not sure how I would describe the book, the mistakes kept distracting me until that's all I was looking for.
