Donna M. Zaduanjsky was born and raised in Bristolville, Ohio, and is currently living in Homer Glen, Illinois. She has enjoyed writing since she was a teenager and has written more than six children's books and is currently working on a love/suspense novel. She attended the Institute of Children's Literature and graduated in spring of 2011.

Donna M. Zadunajsky started out writing children’s books before she wrote and published her first novel, Broken Promises, in June 2012. She since has written several more novels and her first novella, HELP ME! Book 1 in the series, which is about teen suicide and bullying.
