Ed Bar spent most of his adult life working in the music industry as an audio engineer, music promoter and ghostwriter. Deciding to try his hand at being a novelist, he developed the idea for "The Red Demon Trilogy".

Inspired by various vampire and witchcraft novels that only featured werewolves as side characters, he decided that it was time to bring these supernatural creatures to the forefront. Finding the balance between both a romanticized and villainous species, he created Perfect Moon, the first book in the trilogy.

In addition, he is also the author of such short stories as "Love and Lust", "A Fallen King", and "The Voyage of Bran, a Modern Adaptation".

Born in Saint Louis, Missouri, he currently lives in the Ozark Mountain Range in southern Missouri, where he spends his free time fishing and playing with his pit bull.

What can I say about this book without giving away any spoilers? I can say that it’s a fantastic story and the author is great at weaving his stories. This was a dark, twisted, and disturbing read that left me dumfounded, but unable to put this book down! Catherine, alone, isolated and thinks everyone is out to get her or are they? You'll have to read and find out!

This short story/novella is good. I have had those thoughts myself a time or two. The whole abusive relationship that started her on this path definitely broke her mentally. Instead of seeing abuse where it truly is she sees it everywhere in every man. Will check out more works by this author.

Another great installment to this ongoing mind trip. Catherine finds herself a victim after coming from a horrible abusive relationship. She shelters herself and still finds predators...or does she? So lost in the abuse, her mind convinces her that everyone is out to get her.

Having never previously read anything by this author I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have to say that I would never in a million years of expected what I read! This is a very short story and one that is quite horrifying. It is told from the point of view of a young woman who says she was abused by her ex-boyfriend. This young lady is obviously not 100% sane and that leads to a very interesting story. I gave it 5 stars as I did enjoy reading it, I’m not sure why but I did! I’d tell anyone give it a read and see for yourself where you stand on her being a survivor of abuse that has made her unstable or has, she always been unstable?! Sex and violence abound

Having read a few of Ed Bar's stories, I like how his titles are multidimensional. In this one, the question could be asked, "Who is stranded?" l will leave that to the reader to ponder.

Another signature move of the author is the spiralling out of control. His characters grow deeper through their actions, and normal becomes horrific. This growing disturbance makes the story all the more compelling to read. It isn't that she wants revenge, it's that she... well, no spoilers, haha.
