    I did like the idea for the plot of this novel, but I felt that it needed more development. The fact that this couple decide they love each other enough to commit to marriage in about a week's time is hard to imagine. Then there is character development to consider. I will say that this is a fast, safe read which gives the reader a glimpse of Amish ways.
