We meet Siri Wright and Maximus Aurelius Moore in the first book of this incredibly breathtaking and brilliant series. Siri Wright works as an entertainer in Vegas, dancing at one of the most popular venues. Siri had gone back to Alabama for a family emergency that then resulted in her staying there for a couple of months. Just before Siri is due to fly back to Vegas, she happens to meet her sexy new neighbour. Needless to say that the sizzling chemistry between them was so intense- it was electrifying. She puts off going back to Vegas, just so she can see where this connection may lead.
At the time Maximus Aurelius Moore was and Army Officer, pilot and helicopter training instructor. He has just resigned from his military career and is looking to concentrate on his other business interests. He was in the lobby of his apartment building when he notices the stunning beauty making her way to the lifts. He will do anything to be able to get to know her.
This book takes off where the other left off. It’s a week after their introduction. A lot has happened in that short period of time and these two are completely under the other’s spell. They have secrets and important things that they need to tell each other and have put aside time to make their confessions. But just as they are about to reveal everything, there is a threat made that endangers their lives. So, wanting to protect Siri, Aurei whisks her away to Italy, where this instalment really takes off. What is the dangerous situation that has them fleeing the country? Will Aurei be able to keep them both safe? Will they finally reveal their secrets? What happens if and when the truth comes out?
Ms. Klide has a wonderfully rich, detailed, seductive and exciting style to her writing. She had me enthralled from the first page. Ms. Klide is a torturous woman, as she had me in a near constant state of anxiety, needing and wanting to know what happens. And I loved every moment.
The story is a sizzlingly HOT read- that will have you very hot under the ‘collar’!!
The story has a fantastic pace and a smooth flow that allowed me to read it in a day.
The characters are really endearing and surprisingly complex- they were well developed and lovingly crafted. I was bewitched by them and was completely invested in them and their story.
I am all set to have a book bingeing session with the rest of this incredible series!
If you like a really gripping, sensual, sexy and erotic read- then this definitely is the book for you!

Unstoppable is book 2 in the Siri's saga series, and brings more Siri Wright and Maximus Aurelius (Aurie) Moore but now more in his setting.... Rome!

At the end of Siri's heart, we were left with a lot of questions, mostly about Aurie's past, he has secrets that he now lays out for Siri. Realising he is not just ex pilot but extremely wealthy in his native country of Rome Siri is thrown head 1st into his high profile world. She must decide if the feelings for Aurie that are do strong but can she take on everything that he has and done in his previous Siri life.

With a threat made against her from Ruth, Siri and Aurie leave Alabama to head to Rome before returning to Las Vegas to renew her dancing in her sexually charged stage shows she is famous for. While in the romantic country, Siri has many a realization.... But will Aurie's past with women end their's prematurely?

Once again, this is an extremely hot, sexually charged story that leaves nothing to the imagination. It is graphic, but quite fun too with Aurie's and Siri's banter towards each other.

This story starts out with both Aurei and Siri waking up in each other's arms after a night that they will never forget. They plan on spending the day talking and finding out more about each other. Then one phone call changes their plans. As this couple finds out more about each other will well-kept secrets pull them together or push them apart?

While this story starts out in the US the scenery quickly changes to Rome after a mysterious phone call interrupts Aurei and Siri’s beautiful Sunday morning. Siri is so excited to be traveling to Rome somewhere she has dreamed of going to. Now with Aurei by her side, she is looking forward to sightseeing and learning more about him. There are some unexpected visitors when they are in Rome. Aurei’s past includes many women so when they show up it causes a ripple in their plans. Siri is a woman that seems to take all of it in stride. She believes that Aurei cares for her and her cat claws come out when other women try to stake their claim on him. Siri is a self-confident woman who can hold her own. She does, however, put a condition on their relationship. Aurei begins to open up more to Siri and you learn more about his past. He takes her sightseeing and their relationship only keeps growing. Their lovemaking is hot and heavy. Aurei also is taking care of his business while in Rome and you meet several of his relatives who he employs. Aurei also finally reveals a side of himself to Siri that he has keep deeply hidden. Will Siri walk away from Aurei or embrace him no matter what?

I loved reading each of the three books in the series. I can’t wait to read the next one. The love story that is unfolding is amazing. I love the bantering back and forth between Aurei and Siri. They have their special names for each other and enjoy thinking up new ones. This story had me laughing and getting that warm feeling that comes with reading of two people falling in love with each other. This series should be read in order so that the story flows smoothly. Find out why Aurei and Siri’s love is unstoppable. This book includes plenty of adult language and situations. Aurei and Siri’s love is no less than steaming hot. It would be recommended for those 18 years of age or older.

When I saw Klide’s 2nd book in the Siri series was out I had to grab it. Of course, seeing that story was more about the secrets Aurelius has, made me want it even more. I kinda had a feeling we didn’t get to know too much Aurelius in the last book, but that’s okay because it was more about the chase than what happens after the relationship starts up.
Although I’m not a huge fan of romance novels, I really like these characters…perhaps it’s their mysteries or maybe the unraveling of their mysteries that’s appealing. Either way, you’ll get a lot of story in this book. However, when you think you can guess where the plot’s going, you’ll get a surprise.
This book is definitely leading the way for Book 3, which I’m sure will be met with just as much anticipation. Romance fans will love this book, but so will anyone who loves the psychology of getting into the character’s heads.
