- Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2013The only negative thing I have to say about this series is that the 5th book isn't out yet. I really enjoyed all of the books. The stories are fun, engaging and easy to follow. Every story ends well and leaves just enough of an opening for you wanting more. I can't wait until my niece is a little bit older so I can share them with her.
I highly recommend the entire series, The Farloft Chronicles. I love magic, dragons, kingdoms and adventures. These books have it all. Theresa Snyder has an entertaining and easy writing style that you comfortably breeze through with just enough 'big' and unique words that will pique a young readers curiosity and enthusiasm while keeping an older reader engaged.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2017When i picked up the first in the Farloft series, i just had to go on to the second and third.
I just couldn't stop, i had to go on.
This is now the fourth in the Farloft series and it is good as the first.
And what a twist. Did not see that coming.
Brilliant series.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2013How can there be "too many dragons," you might ask? well, read on and find out!!
Another heartwarming, deeply emotional tale from master story-spinner Theresa. As usual, she manages to throw in a twist that will drop your jaw and just maybe make you cheer out loud!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2014This is a must read!
Once you have picked up one Farloft book, you have to read them all. Recommend them for avid elementary school readers and well, any dragon lover.

5.0 out of 5 stars More enjoyment from one of my favourite authors
As usual, Theresa weaves an enjoyable, fun and compelling tale. I would recommend this to anyone with a love of fantasy and dragons who are not always the "bad guys"!
It's always tricky to judge a book aimed at a younger audience, but I do think that the defeat of the bad guy was a little swift. But I certainly enjoyed this tale as much as I have the others!
