    Ms. Snyder is not just an author, she is a first rate story-teller. I fell in love with Cody in the original story where he enters the realm and he remains one of my favorite characters to this day. The suspense builds throughout the story and when the climax occurs, it does so in a blinding flash of emotion. I know few authors that can combine a human, a shapeshifter, a demon, and a vampire in the same story and make it work. Ms. Snyder manages this blend of character types with exceptional skill. I would recommend the Twin Cities Series to any paranormal fan. P.S. The vampires feel real, they don't sparkle.
