    She did more than save my life, she stole my heart.

    I didn’t have a choice, my only option to find out who murdered my parents was to die myself; become a ghost. The hardest part was not being able to tell my best friend, Nash, and my sister Natasha.
    Everything was set.

    It was supposed to be my last assignment; a peacekeeping mission. What I didn’t know was they had hired someone else to take me out, and it would have worked if it hadn’t been for her; the woman that hid her beautiful face behind a worn piece of material; the woman that had caught my attention as she watched her daughter on her door stoop. My name is Alec, and that woman saved my life.

    I have picked up a couple book by SM Stryker but Wherever Our Journey Leads Us is the first one I have actually read. The book descriptions for this author have interested me, but for some reason they keep getting lost in the black hole, otherwise known as my Kindle. Anyway, back to the review.... This is the fourth book in the Then There Was You series and I am kicking myself for not reading this author before now. This story is about Alec and Aliah and it is something different and really well done. The story-line has been nicely woven to include drama, action, suspense, danger, a lot of twists, secrets, an emotional roller-coaster, romance and some sparking chemistry.

    I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

    I was happy to read the story about Allie and Alec after reading about his sister Nat and Nash. It is nice to get the piece put together as to how everyone's life interlocked. Allie and Alex had to face some hairy situations but they are able to get through it. I can't wait to read the next story in this series.

    Alex is a soldier looking into who killed his parents and Aliah is the women who saves him. There storyline takes them on not only an emotional trip but a dangerous one. The characters are engaging and well developed with plenty of chemistry throughout the pages and the storyline is well written and entertaining.

    This is book four of the Then There Was You series and I loved it! Alex and Aliah go through so much in this book but they are determined and strong characters and they find a way through it all. The writing is great, the storyline is fantastic and the ending is perfect. I look forward to reading the next book in this series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

    Great characters that will keep your interest extremely well.
    I'm not going to go into detail, no spoilers, just read the book if you are even mildly intrigued by the blurb. You'll thank me later!

    The chemistry, sweetness, and twists in plot kept things interesting. Add in drama and passion and you have a good read.
