We followed clues throughout the series. We tried to guess who are Jordan's parents, who is the mysterious Roni, and why were the Blacks attacked? We now have answers! Yea! However, to get to the answers Blue takes us on Roni's heartbreaking journey and Johnathon's search for inner peace. Two halves broken and battered that can only be made whole with one another. This book is a page turner. I found myself stopping to really think about what a character was feeling. Yeah, at times it was a thinker. This book includes all the Brothers Black and how all their stories intertwine but we do get a brief glimpse of a few favorites from other books. But, this all about Johnaton's and Roni's story. The character development is outstanding. The storyline flow is great. Ms. Saffire doesn't sugarcoat the subject matter of trafficking. However, it is a necessary part of the story. There's also some hidden gems in the story. Hint, hint, he got it from his.......lol. Buy the book, grab your tissues and a glass of your favorite beverage and enjoy. I certainly did.

    This has been a long time coming ,the wait was worth it. We are pulled back.into a story that has been untold since Tony's story.(I think) We get a hitter that was in the making and boy does she comes out hard. The writer doesn't forget to tie in all that's happened in previous stories to keep.you in the loop and caught up just in case you might have forgotten. I love the complicated relationship that John and Roni have going. The fact that the fit like to missing puzzle pie.is so cute. There are moments where you are going to feel like you are overloaded with information, but you will welcome it once the questions are answered. But now as a lover of this family, I do feel a little cheated we didn't get to experience a little of John and Roni being pregnant. Also I so wanted a peak into what Torque and Nathasa's life was like getting to know one another and how sexy and as bad he wants to be Torque. This was really good writing and the action was so so good. The sexy sex scenes with John and Roni were just straight crazy,.sexy, and so cool. There are moments of humor that's spot on in all.the right.moments.. If you want in.on this family.again and.chance to continue your love affair with them ,then may.I suggest you get on broad.

    I have waited such a long time to write reviews on this series.
    I have unconditional love for the Brother Black series, I honestly in my hearts heart was not ready for the end.
    I've been trying to hold it together but I love Blue so I know she will keep going and creating phenomenal stories.
    That being said, I will get on with my review of Jonathan Black.

    This book was incredible it wrapped up so well, though there were minor "inconveniences" and I say this so lightly, a couple grammatical errors. I was a tad annoyed with Missy, and I know Saffire did that on purpose, but gosh damn I wanted to beat her ass too. I was also surprised at how rude Roni could be but I also understood that, sometimes you don't know how to be and let that guard down. Like I said, there wasn't anything major that went wrong in this book, I loved the character development Roni really grew, I'd love to see what happens with little man Torque and him warming up to Jonathan was so beautiful. All of the elements of this book worked, I wish I saw more interaction with Roni and the Black wives but for the most part it is implied.

    Out of this series I know I connected the most with this book, it was slightly triggering but not to the point where I put it down.
    I am still very sad to say goodbye to the Black Brothers but hope to see them in other series.

    A brilliant end to the brothers Black series. I don't know how Blue keeps track of her timelines??? I felt like I was also at a family reunion whiles reading Johnathan and Cheron's story. A lot of the missing pieces were filled in. Always knew the truth about Jordan ( when Cass talked about how hers and Ryan's relationship ) However I may have been wrong about she being Sammy's future love. Time will tell. Still don't know the name of Felix and Kaye or Toby and Kamara or Noah and Bean's additional children. I guess we'll find out in the Black family novella. Can't wait to read.

    Whist this was an excellent read, it was not quite what I envisaged. The relationship between John and Roni was not as electrifying as I thought it would be. Don't get me wrong g, it was good but there was something missing. From the time she was given to the traffickers I knew her aunt was responsible. I did not see the Dad involvement at all and that was a good and suspenseful touch, however I felt the author could have made better use of that narrative. Book 7 tied up some loose ends and linked some events from the other books - brothers Black 1-6 as well as he legally bound books. The ending could also have been tighter. I like that it laid the premise of other books telling the children story and that of Sammy. Looking toward to the brothers Black Christmas bonus which hopefully will tie up more loose ends, being us what to date on the family and set the scene for future stories.

    Blue Saffire is an awesome writer and one of the best in holding and weaving together multifaceted characters so that each books weave together without leanings in a cliffhanger. Each book can be read as a stand alone. It takes a talented author to be able to do that. Whist this was not my favourite of the brothers black book I gave it 5 stars because it was another magnificent series by Blue.

Ry & Carmens’s cliff hanger from bk6...Roni’s back story...family and associates catch up..she’s (Author) forgiven because the writing, plot and character development is always so good but it was a lot to take in and wrap your head around.
