The Last Scion of Ra Kindle Edition
Eighteen years after the Chromodec Uprising of 2020, the world is a very different place.
Kaelen Ra-Evon lands on Earth, a planet where aliens exist and refugees are fast-tracked to
citizenship in many countries. Her tale encompasses the age-old notions of loss, love, and found
family. Kaelen tries to navigate her new life on Earth, as well as a romance with genius CEO,
Leah Lockheed-Tuck, all while honoring her family’s legacy as the last of her house.
She’s wary of the Chromodec Office of Restraint and Protection, a US agency tasked
with policing people of power regardless of their race or planet of origin. In an attempt to protect
the woman she loves, Kaelen becomes a vigilante: Scion. She won’t let laws or the CORP stop
her from doing what’s right.

From the Inside Flap
Nalla finished her drink and placed the glass down on the side table. "So, Kaelen, does that make you a princess or something?"
"No, Argon didn't have royalty."
Nalla tilted her head. "Well then, what does that make you if you're the last of Dolem-Ra?"
Kaelen swallowed and looked down, the words evoking a dark feeling in the pit of her stomach. "Lonely."

- Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2023This story is everything I wished for and honestly I’m heartbroken it ended. I truly hope there is a sequel or six so we can follow the adventures of Kaelen, Leah and their found family.
Brilliant read and I highly recommend it.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 12, 2023Thank you K. for wonderful follow-up to the Children of the Stars. How the 2 MFC came to know each other and then fall in love was fun to read and most definitely heart warming. I hope to see a sequel.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 26, 2024It's really a good story, much like Superman and Ms Marvel have a baby girl...a brilliant baby girl. I like the handi"abled" character she doesn't let anything stop her, she is a perfect mate for the last Zcion. This book is great as a young readers super hero story, but it won't keep you up at night.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 13, 2023What an amazing book this is. The author did an outstanding job of developing all of the characters. As I read the book, I bonded with the major characters and their stories. You will not be disappointed if you read this book. I’m wondering if there will be another book coming out to highlight more of Sion
- Reviewed in the United States on April 15, 2023I enjoyed this story about an alien who lands on earth and develops super powers. She is innocent in many ways, and she meets and falls for her boss. She helps make a discovery that allows her paralyzed boss walk again. Cute story.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 6, 2023Super and wonderful love story. It said so much about the coming together of two cultures and how those experiences add so much.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2023Not too bad, though I think I should've read the other book first. So you might want to as well.
But I did enjoy reading this book.
So go ahead and take a chance. I don't think you will be disappointed !!!
- Reviewed in the United States on June 20, 2023The blending of science fiction and romance with superheros was done well. It avoided the anxiety tropes and had our heroines talk about their feelings instead of guessing and misinterpreting things.

5.0 out of 5 stars "Taylor swift, a fifty year old music artist" lol
it took me a while to get used to dialogue style, it's not a bad thing but it annoys me a bit when people over explain things, especially when the other part already knows it. It annoys me because I'm exactly like that LMAO.
It was a very enjoyable read, with little real stress to the reader even though there's lots of things happening all the time in the story. Mind you, I was dreading this following the kryptonite path, which I always hated when reading/watching anything similar to the OG universe, so when we followed another path I was ecstatic! I really liked the pairing and how they were working together to do the things they did which would be awesome if existed already.
Anyway, Kaelen is a whole mood, she and Einstein actually. Omg they are so amazing, when I wasn't just laughing, I was sniggering at their actions or logic. To be fair, the whole supporting cast was good and brought something cool to the table.
