Crystal Mary Lindsey is a retired healthcare professional, widow of Raymond, a Vietnam Veteran and past U.S. Marine. She is also a mother, and devoted grandmother.

She discovered her passion for writing following her retirement from the demanding world of hospitals.

Her hobbies include art, reading, gardening, and research, plus touching lives for Jesus whenever possible.

Her profound appreciation for the transformative power of reading ignited the spark that led her to embark on a writing journey. She has an unwavering goal to encourage and inspire her readers to a more contented state of mind.

As a spiritual Christian, Crystal has been touched by many unexplainable human experiences, which occasionally find their way into her stories. These add depth and intrigue to her narratives and create a unique and compelling blend of spirituality to her storytelling.

Crystal lived and worked in Tennessee with her husband, first as a counselor and after completing medical Boards, as a specialist R.N. In 2007, Raymond decided they would move back to Crystal's home in Queensland, Australia. She has remained there since Raymonds accidental death in 2022.

    Love's Healing Spark is a sweet, clean romantic story that takes you to the Outback. It's a story rich in description of the countryside and brings the story to life. The characters are interesting and the descriptions of the medical world show knowledge of the subject.

    I was inspired as I read about the relationship between Sage and Javin. Javin's love for his patients and the selfless hours given without compensation in the Outback is admirable. His love for family also came through along with the Christian elements of the story. Highly recommended.

Entertaining read for someone who enjoys learning about outback living. The only downside to the book was the irregular formatting that made it challenging to read at times but could be easily corrected.

    CONSUMING FIRE by Crystal Mary Lindsey is filled with faith and heat, an unusual combination but done so tastefully and well by this author. I love the medical setting. It is a bit reminiscent of Grey's Anatomy, with just the right balance of medical information and romance. Sage Saunders is one of those characters that leap off the page and grab you as though you know them personally. I love how analytical Sage is. Yet, love really isn't something you can always analyze. I think the best part of this book is the dialogue, though. I flows really well and gives the reader just the right amount of information. There is an excellent balance between the dialogue and the narrative. I highly recommend you add this book to your reading list.

I am drawn to her characters, such as Sage, and how the reader is following along and living with her. Sage and St. Clair aren't forced together, but find each other together, and on a mission. The characters are well developed and have a lot of depth. This is one of those clean romances that is definitely worth the read. Lindsey writes so well, and tells a great story. I look forward to reading more by this author.

    This is the first book by Crystal Mary Lindsey I have read. Ms Lindsey writes in a way that invites you into the story and make you feel a part of it.

    Sage, a beautiful nurse, who is very good at what she does, seeks employment with a very successful cosmetic surgeon.

    Dr. St Clair performs miracles for others. His passion lies in helping those less fortunate. He learns how to balance working with the rich and conceited, so he has opportunity to do what he loves.

    Dr St Clair invites Sage to join him on his mission trip to the out back.

    Read this delightful story to find out if they find common ground and a love for this mission work and each other.

    I read this book via a KINDLE Unlimited download.

    What happens when you take a captivating, handsome, Plastic Surgeon who insists in keeping his professional and personal lives totally separate. Dr. Javin St.Clair is constantly being pursued from both sides; by clients wanting his skilled hands to rid them of their deformities on one side, and woman just wanting to claim his body and make him their own.

    Everything is fine, fine that is until he decides to hire a nursing assistant. Sage Lauren Grace Saunders, is a highly skilled professional who has confused his mind and winds up turning his life upside down by her outrageous beauty, and has him running after her.

    The life alternating effect which had affected Javin’s existence when he hired Sage also winds up changing her life as well. While he might enjoy having an arrogant and wealthy following, Javin’s real passion is to help those who’ll never be able to afford his skilled hands; which he why he invites Sage to join him for his on his next mission into the Australian outback to a clinic situated there.

    Ms. Lindsey could have easily given her readers a hot, steamy reading experience, but instead has given them one which is a sweet, clean romantic one. She embellishes the reading experience with a sprinkling of Javin’s desire to share and educate Sage with some Christian beliefs. So, in the end, with all things considered, I happy to give Ms. Lindsey 5 STARS for her efforts here.

    NOTE: The author has used the British spelling of certain words and Australian terminology in the writing of this book, which shouldn’t distract from the reading of this book.
