When he isn't writing fantasy novels, he can be found creating Indie horror games, composing music, painting, and restoring old cars.
His books feature strong and unique Slavic influences, and whilst he often deliberately spells stuff wrong (it's more mystical that way!) he can actually speak Russian. That way, he can shamelessly crib from the folklore all the better!
