Dr. J. Robert Kinney was born and raised in the great state of North Carolina. He has a PhD in political science, with specialties in international relations & terrorism studies, as well as degrees in psychology and forensic science. Kinney has spent time in research for a government contractor, in public policy in Washington DC, taught college courses at a state university, and lectured on crime scene investigation. Currently residing in Tennessee, he enjoys reading, playing basketball, traveling, and teaching on international politics, foreign policy, and terrorism.
