I grew up in a tiny town called Churubusco, Indian, also known as Turtle Town, USA, live in the not-so-small but not-so-big Merritt Island, Florida with my adorable, unique and annoying hubby, two grown beautiful children and a loyal dog, but have moved back to Busco to care for my mom.
I have two granddogs and an uppity grandcat. I am hoping for human grands in the future!
I fell head over heels in love with the Laura Ingalls Wilder series and the period it is set in and my interests never strayed from this period.
I was always told to write what you know and love. I didn't quite get that at first but have come to understand it means to love what you write about, it will show in your work. But no matter what you write, you must believe in yourself above all.
