Author of historical fiction Thy Father's Will and illustrated children's book Teeny! Tiny! Mini Monkey!
Born in Iowa, Kirsten is a third culture kid who spent her childhood in Ethiopia, where her parents were missionaries, and her high school years in Minnesota. She graduated from the University of Minnesota, majoring in English and Accounting. Kirsten is retired and lives on the north shore of Lake Superior with her husband and two dogs and enjoys photography, playing the piano, cooking and hiking.
