Purity Chizhande is a passionate Counseling Psychologist, Author, and Motivational Speaker with a deep commitment to family relationships and mental health well-being. With advanced qualifications in Counseling from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and Atlantic International University (AIU), she combines academic expertise with years of hands-on experience as a an crisis counselor and advocate for community upliftment.
Purity is the author of The Quest for Happily Ever After (2019) and The Complete Woman (2019), works that reflect her dedication to empowering individuals and families to thrive in all aspects of life.
Currently based in Edinburgh, Scotland, Purity is the Founder and Director of Reach Out and Touch, a nonprofit organization that has transformed lives in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Her initiatives include setting up libraries in underserved communities, supporting abused women and children, and providing education, food, and clothing to those in need.
As a leader of the "Married for Life" program (MMI) and a Bible School graduate (EBTA), Purity draws on her 25 years of marriage and her experience as a mother of two adult children to inspire others in their personal journeys. Her work with adults with learning disabilities and her registration with the Council for Counselors in South Africa (C4CSA) further showcase her versatility and dedication to making a difference.
