Susan Helene published her first collection of short stories, Womenscape: Selected Stories of Eclectic Women on December 20, 2022 (Unsolicited Press). She is the recipient of a Second Place Prize in the High Desert Branch—California Writers Club pandemic anthology contest. Her story, The Rose, was published in their anthology: Survival: Tales of Pandemic, published in 2020. The Sixty-First Day was published by Montana Mouthful in October 2020. She retired from Fullerton Community College where she taught Mathematics and Computer Science to pursue her interests in the arts. She is a certified Tai Chi instructor and a ceramic artist.
She has just finished her second collection, By Chance:Stories of Chance Encounters and Second Chances.
