Forever his prey. No matter how fast they run, he is certain that the demon will catch them, sooner or later. They are running along a dark plain in the middle of nowhere. Ahead of them, an unknown distance away along the horizon, a rumble of thunder. Then, lightning splits the sky within dark, roiling clouds. Run! Andy shouts. Run! And then, Zorl is upon them and Andy is gone into a pit of blackness, smothered by the demon’s cape. Charley screams. Agh!
