There are supposed to be two kinds of teenagers: the kind who make something of themselves and the kind who end up in prison. Alfie Mulligan is earmarked to be second. He ticks all the boxes. He's the child of a teenage mum, hes been in trouble in primary school… And the dreadlocks don't help. His Citizenship teacher is bent on making his life a misery.
