You're probably wondering why every monkey, mouse, dog, dolphin, lioness, lizard, kitten, koala, penguin, peacock, panda, pig, bunny, bear, bee, alligator, ant, aardvark and every other creature around the globe disappeared today. Well, that's not even the most awesome part of our story! I mean, how much could you take if you're always being told you're too young or too small? The straw that broke the human's back for all of us "youngsters" was the news that the Smallisalls were coming. ("Attention, I say! They're coming our way. The day we had hoped for is here! We must be prepared for their visits are rare. No sightings of Smallisalls in years!") Well, the fliers, swimmers and runners took off to spread the gigantic news about the Smallisalls while the other adults on the seven lands told us non-adults what the Smallisalls looked like, ("The smallest of small who stand five coins tall, their long pointy ears help them fly, their hearts beat in sync, they know how we think, and each Smallisall has 1-3 eyes. Now don't be alarmed, but their legs and arms can stretch 50 times from their middle. They stand toe-to-toe to make themselves glow. They all love to sing and play fiddle.") and some of the things they have done to make the world better. I mean they can make stinky water drinkable; they helped some woman named Betsy finish some flag; and they lassoed that weird tower of pizza so it wouldn't fall. We were so excited after hearing what the Smallisalls have been able to do, we wanted to start changing the world, too. So, we asked what we could do to help. "Nothing, we fear, you're too young this year, there's nothing you really could do; except go and play, stay out of the way, and once they get here we'll come fetch you." Hi, Straw?! "Then the ground began rumbling and things started tumbling, as every young creature stomped on Earth. 'You just spoke of Smallisalls. We're small but that's not all. We are giants when it comes to our worth!'" None of us had any idea we all would start disappearing ...
