In a futuristic world, where autonomous vehicles (Avs) have become a part of every full smart city infrastructure, Stephon, an unlikely fourteen year old gaming driver, becomes the hero in overcoming potential impacts from uncertain and no longer unlikely environmental events, that disrupt the lives of his family and the entire transportation industry while raising significant ethical and legal issues for everyone.
