BIOGRAPHY

I am an Author with more than 10 published books on Amazon, as a mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, sex therapist, and qualified counselor supervisor.

I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselor Education and Supervision, specializing in Life Skills training both formally and informally, Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, and a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I empower couples and individuals to overcome personal obstacles and improve their relationships with over thirty (30) years of experience in a happy marriage that has been a great resource to me and others.

I have worked with hundred of couples, 1000s of young adults, teens, and children since 2008 in my practice and seen kids, teens, and adults apply self-help steps to break free from codependent relationships, identity crisis, anger, toxic attachments, guilt, both physical and emotional abuse, the pain and cycle of betrayal, shame, trauma, and stigma using clinically tested and evidenced-based interventions.

I am a regular guest in churches, schools, small and large groups coaching and mentoring the young - and the not so young - in human sexuality, through bridal showers both formally and informally where I discuss the various relationship and sexual topics. I have presented to local counseling professionals on how to address their clients' sexual issues, healing from past hurt(s), codependency, security, and toxicity in relationships.
