BIOGRAPHY

I am a woman who is a fighter, advocate, author, pastor, teacher, coach, caregiver. As women we wear many hats, and yet still have the capacity to do what is challenging, let alone graceful. The capacity to process change and transform from the places that challenge us to the core, we still have a sense of fierce tenacity to overcome! To be victorious!
We are all the "president" or "madam president" of our lives, forging forward, making history, and leaving a legacy for the generations after us, men and women alike! Hope, healing, and recovery is there to be had for the pain, hurts, wounds, of the past. Triumph over trauma! Going forward valiantly!
