BIOGRAPHY

Brett Howard Nelson is a native of Seattle, Washington. He is a graphic designer, writer, and award-winning fine art photographer.

ASTRONOKAI is his first novel.

In 2019, he published blur, a fine art photography book of various long-exposure subjects and locales. As of this publication, he resides in the Seattle area, and is writing the sequel, ASTRONOKAI: The Days of Somber War, which will be published in 2021.

      • None! That was my problem with the query letter process. Literary agents want "comps." But what do you say when you have a unique story that doesn't compare to any other works or authors?! Be original. Find your own literary "voice!"

      • The "Query Letter!" What's the point?! One could have a great, amazing story, but their query letter could be lackluster or written poorly. I wonder how many talented authors with awesome books get passed over to due the query letter process?! I believe it's time to bury the Query Letter, once and for all!
