      • Quite a bit, truthfully. Going through the writing, editing, re-editing, design, submission and marketing processes all helped to give me a sizable pool of experience to draw upon for my next book. This first one was a mess of mistakes all during that had to be ironed out multiple times before finally we ended with a product we were proud of.

      • I think the publishing industry is operating a little too much like an insurance company. They calculate the risk of each story before reading it. Only factoring the genre, word count and author's ability to market themselves. Everything else is disregarded.

      • I've been fiddling around with this story for quite a while. The inspiration came from a favorite author of mine taking a little too long on their novels. I wanted something to read, so I decided to write.
