I was born and brought up in the Highlands of Scotland. I studied law at Aberdeen University and practiced for 16 years latterly specializing in criminal defense.I then moved to South West France where I now live. I love writing stories based on true events and am inspired by seemly ordinary people who achieve extra-ordinary things
