Erica Nicole Montgomery is a purpose driven woman of God. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, she has a desire and will to do the work of the Lord, using her life story as her testimony.

Erica has a heart’s desire to inspire young women from many walks of life by using the motto: “Everything that hurts you wasn’t meant to harm you but help you.” Her willingness to speak boldly about her pains and heartaches helps to inspire and uplift young women who may be experiencing similar life struggles.

Erica is that person who always has a smile on her face and giving uplifting and positive advice to others. She currently serves as a mentor to young ladies in various organizations throughout Memphis. She also actively participates in activities as a member of her church, assisting with ministries as needed.

Erica also works on the foundation of an empowerment organization to make a lasting impact in the lives of young women, in Memphis, on a daily basis. Outside of church, Erica is a member of the healthcare industry, where she has been employed for over five years. She enjoys styling and fashion which has led her to ownership of Shoe Class by Erica Nicole, a shoe store in Memphis, Tennessee.
