BIOGRAPHY

I am an author and I have published several novels and short stories, both as ebooks and paperback in French and English


Currently retired (Great!) I was formerly Coordinator of EU Education projects since 1998,

I have developped an original method to evaluate projects. It's based on observation, monitoring, analysis of questionnaires and on the philosophy of Total Quality Management established by Dr.W. Edwards Deming. It's still available (in my mind). I plan to put it in writing and to make it available as an ebook (in a future I hope quite close...:-)
