      • Yes! I always wanted to get into the Journalism field. Wow, things sure have changed since then with social media, online news platforms, etc.!

      • I think it’s really cool. Until I self-published Suzy & Roxy Go Camping, I didn’t realize how important it was to have an ebook available to readers! I personally like reading print books, but e-books are great, too! I guess I like a combination of both, haha! Depends on my mood! 😉

      • Oh yeah, big time! I tell myself to just sit down for 5 to 10 minutes and jot down ideas, scribbles, thoughts, anything! Journaling helps me so much, too! Sometimes that alone gets the creative energy flowing.

      • I honestly learned sooo much this past year since self-publishing my book. I know there are lots of guidelines, templates, formats, etc. that are recommended to follow in writing, but ultimately, you have to do what feels right, like that feeling you get deep down in your gut! Be open to feedback and critiques, of course, but follow that gut feeling!

      • It sounds so very cliche, but follow your dreams! I’m serious, day by day, put the work in, and do NOT ever give up on yourself! You can do amazing things and your dreams can come to life! I still can’t believe I have a book! It’s awesome and the feeling is just pure joy! It can happen for YOU, too! ❤️

      • I’ve always loved writing since I was a little girl. I would write poems and short stories. Writing just soothes my soul. I love journaling too - it helps so much to write down prayers, dreams, and what you’re grateful for! I highly recommend a gratitude/prayer journal. It does wonders for shifting your mindset, especially when things get overwhelming. I just love writing!

      • Day by day, my dear friends. If you need to step away when you’re “stuck” with your writing, that’s absolutely okay! Sometimes that’s what you need to do! Take a deep breath and a fresh perspective might just come to mind! Stick to it though and don’t give up on your dreams! Just give yourself grace though - great things take time! ❤️
