      • They each hold a special place in my heart- kind of like my children. I love each of them for different reasons, but I think the one that really sticks out to me is "Raising Gustave". It's such a relatable story for anyone who has raised kids. It's an emotional rollercoaster; you feel the growing pains of both parent and child. I hope you'll take the time to check out my books, give them a read, and leave a review if you like them! Thanks for stopping by!

        • Thank you for sharing that, Raising Gustave sounds wonderfully heartfelt, and I appreciate the way you describe the emotional connection. That sense of parental journey, both tender and tumultuous, is a rich well for storytelling. What’s the most challenging part of writing for you? Is it the plotting, character development, editing, or something else entirely? I find each stage presents its own peculiar trials, though some more persistently than others.

          • I think the most challenging part is trying to keep all of the details straight. Did the character have blue eyes or brown? What month is it? That sort of thing.

            • Indeed, keeping track of the finer details can be deceptively challenging, those small inconsistencies have a way of sneaking in, don’t they? Have you explored tools like Book Blog Analysis to track how your books are being received across blogs and online platforms? I found it surprisingly helpful, it surfaced feedback and mentions I didn’t even know were out there. It’s not a promotional service, but rather a tool to better understand where and how your work is connecting with readers. That kind of insight can also help refine future projects, from character continuity to marketing decisions.

        • Wow that's awesome πŸ‘ I write in the genres of fantasy, romantic fantasy, dark fantasy, and paranormal romance, often drawing inspiration from mythology. My stories blend emotional depth, slow-burn romance, and rich, immersive worlds.

      • I enjoy reading my book reviews if people take the time to leave them. If it's a bad review, I take it in stride for the most part. If the bad review contains criticisms of my work, I take them as constructive and try to apply them to my next work.

      • My first book, A Tale from the Darkness, is the one I would rewrite. It was my first novel and those always seem to turn out less than what you expect, so I would definitely rewrite it and improve it.
