Every Christmas Eve, Michael Roch’s family enjoyed Pepperidge Farm Plum Pudding with Twinings Earl Grey tea. They would each open a small gift, leaving the other gifts for Christmas morning. When Michael was in the ninth grade, he tore the Santa Clause wrap off of ’Salem’s Lot. He’s forgotten his other gifts that year, but he remembers spending all night in Jerusalem’s Lot. By the blueberry-muffin breakfast on Christmas morning, he was a Number One Fan.
Although Mike has been a life-long Stephen King Constant Reader, his interests are well-diversified. Not only does he read Stephen King, he also reads Tabitha King, Joe Hill, and Owen King.
Mike grew up a dog lover but settled into the role of cat lady. He lives with a couple of male cats and a female human.
