She plans to launch three children's books this year.
Next year, a paperback version of "The Cave," (ebook available now on Smashwords, suitable for ages 8 an over, including adults who enjoy children's/y.a books,) illustrated by Sheila Graber in watercolor will be launched.
When Suzy is not writing, she likes to enjoy the great outdoors, and commune with nature in Florida, where she lives with her writer husband. She also enjoys visiting restaurants and coffee shops, and mall shopping.

    • A good title is the way to connect with readers. Book covers are of paramount importance because, like a person's appearance, first impressions count. But for me, the characters who drive the story are the most important aspect of any work of fiction.

    • Literary success is about making a great book. It's not really about the short term. Good writers will be around beyond their own lifetimes. They will leave a legacy of literature for future generations.
