BIOGRAPHY

Teresa E. Nelson's passion is to help people know God and to enjoy His presence and guidance in their lives. She is a working pastor of a rural congregation in central MN, and also participates in the local jail ministry. Free-lance inspirational speaking is of great joy to her, as well as telling stories in both spoken and written formats.

Throughout her career, Teresa has worked as a high school and corrections teacher, a nonprofit care-giving executive director, a case manager and grant writer. To help nonprofits gain support, she volunteers as a charity auctioneer and ... finds it to be extremely rewarding.

She and her family enjoy the MN wildlife roaming their fields, camping, fishing, hunting. read more

      • My family's own history is part of my knowledge and I research like a mad woman. You have asked a great question and made me think. Most of my characters are similar to people I have known with added embellishments, of course. Take any historical event and put a character in there and imagine how they would feel and respond.
