    • Hi Tricia, I am a blind author with a YA fantasy called The Heart of Applebutter Hill. I'm writing to ask if you would kindly vote for my book cover in the book cover comp? I've made it into Round 3. I am using this opportunity to raise awareness about blindness, accessibility, guide dogs and other disabilities. This novel is educator-recommended for its diversity, anti-bullying and inclusion themes. I would appreciate your help! :)

      • My Being Me Series is inspired by my experience with anorexia. In college I became obsessed with weight and exercise and almost died. I wanted to help others who may be struggling with eating disorders and mental health issues like depression and show them their is a way through and out.

      • My writing began as a form of entertainment. I wrote in the evenings instead of watching a show. The stories were written much like a screen play. I could see the characters act out the script in my head. After eight years and one-hundred and eighty thousand words, my sister-in-law convinced me to let her read the manuscript. She loved it and urged me to find an editor.
