  - I love reading! I read every day! Each format has its place. I like books but I also use Kindle which is a great platform when you're traveling or don't have space for your books. I go through 2-3 books a week.

  - I do read the reviews. I really appreciate the good ones and if someone has written something negative, I will think about it and if it is applicable will make that adjustment. We learn from everything.
