Hy Brasil: Island of Eternity, was the debut novel of Robert E. Kearns and a 2019 Pencraft Awards First Place Winner as well as a Five Star pick from Readers' Favorite: Robert has since released the novels, Crabb, Carnivore, Freedom is For the Few, Ossuary, Embers, Lost and Found, and A Donnybrook Affair. Too, Kearns has authored the novellas, A Sporting Life and The Reclusive Life of Rita Reilly as well as the story and poetry collections, Words of a Feather, The Book of Mostly Gibberish (With Some Good Stuff Too) and Poems & Short Stories Vol.1 and Vol.2 Robert has also written and published several short stories including Fourth of July, The Two Faces of Killer Kilbride, A Ghost for the Holy, Spitz, Jeremiah Kildare and The Wolf of the Same County, The Pastor of Rush Springs, A Midnight Call to Monto, A Retrospective Trip Down Tourniquet Lane, Something Called Permafrost, The Cries of Manor Lannigan, A Place of Rest, Thou Shalt Not Covet, The Feathers Flew, Tell Tale Tattler, Let No Man Tear Asunder, An Alternate Romance, The Lodger and U.S.S. Tenacity. Scampy's Merry Christmas, Mason's Magical Christmas, and Tristan's Christmas are stories he's written for children. Robert is a member of the International Thriller Writers Organization (ITW). He lives and writes in Dublin, Ireland.
