R. L. S. Hoff

R. L. S. Hoff is a life-long book lover who grew up as a modern nomad, with roots in five states. Once she graduated college, she took her travels abroad. After about a decade living in China, she has now settled in Colorado with her three kids (one adopted, two bio), her dog, and her spectacularly supportive and brilliant husband. She writes mostly young adult science-fiction and fantasy. When she's not writing, editing, tutoring, or parenting, she hangs out with friends from church or dabbles in gardening and baking. Her favorite thing to grow is rhubarb, and her favorite thing to bake is kringle. Her favorite stories (to read and to write) have strong female characters and amazing new worlds to explore.
