Felicia Brookins is a 4x Award-Winning Christian Fiction Author . She is also the winner of the 2016 Southern Laced Literary Award, 2018 AAMBC Urban Book of The Year, 2018 Finalist for Best Book Award from American Book Fest, 2020 World-Wide Writer's Best-Selling Author of the Year, 2020 Best Of Mississippi Certificate Of Honor Recipient and 2021 Mississippi Success Honoree. She runs the church the way she runs her household, with an iron rod of hypocrisy because the minister is too busy watching the legs of a mysterious, female who keeps sitting on the front row every Sunday while his wife is slowly dying. He isn't aware that his Head Usher has become the watcher on the wall for all things church at Greater Trials MB Church. Nadeen thrives on carrying herself in the image of a Godly Woman while existing off of the praises of other people. And she is raising up three daughters whose destiny it seems is to pass along the same intergenerational trauma unless their Father, Kenny Simmons, who is struggling to get back his pants, belt and drawers back in between being verbally and physically abused by his wife steps out of the way so that God can deal a mighty hand against his wife! The only person on the face of the earth that can deal with her is her Mother Ruth, a victim of intergenerational trauma and abuse herself, who passed along her ungodly ways. She thrives on carrying herself in the image of a Godly Woman while existing off of the praises of other people. And she is raising up three daughters whose destiny it seems is to be the SAME unless their Father, Kenny Simmons, steps out of the way so that God can deal a mighty hand against his wife!
