Sheila Murdock is a combination of her birth name and her late grandmother’s maiden name on her mother’s side. When she’s not writing, she enjoys watching movies and TV shows - old and new - on YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video, but always loves a surprising show she can find on cable TV. She also enjoys reading all kinds of non-fiction, but has a particular interest in African-American historical and contemporary non-fiction, but will read an occasional fiction book. She enjoys listening to old-school/throwback rap, hip-hop, and R&B, and jazz music from any era.
