Elaine studied creative writing with Faber Academy through their 'Write a Novel Online' course in 2013-2014, and screenwriting and self-editing with The Writer's Workshop in 2014. In August 2014, she published her first anthology of short science-fiction tales, 'The Journey and other short stories'. Her first full-length sci-fi novel, 'The Methuselah Paradox' will be published on 27th August 2016. Elaine also wrote and is producing a book trailer preparatory to publication of 'The Methuselah Paradox. Elaine's next project is to adapt 'The Methuselah Paradox' for the stage, and a follow-up novel featuring one of the characters from 'The Methuselah Paradox'. She is also developing a short animated science fiction film, titled 'Minding Mama'. Elaine is an avid reader, and enjoys TV, movies and going to the theatre.
