Linda Sachs

About the author

As a young girl, Linda had a wonderful school librarian, who introduced her to the love of reading. Years later, reading piqued her desire to write. Eventually, she studied creative writing and learned a form of the craft she hadn't explored before. At that time, Linda's daughters were young and she discovered the enjoyment of writing children's picture books. Today, Linda is a nana to five young grandsons, and has many great nieces and nephews. They inspire, and kindly listen to every revised edition she writes. Inspiration comes in many forms of observation. Sometimes inspiration can come while sipping tea and listening to interesting conversation. Her recent book, No More Stuff was inspired by her mom and her story of a Christmas during the Great Depression of the 1930's. Her children's books are crafted to entertain and help early readers discover the joy of reading. Follow Linda Sachs on her website by name and also on social media.
